US film companies like filming here because it's less costly and lots of our American cars are still Left Hand Drive.</div> <bR> <div> The Police cars shown below are genuine ex LAPD squad cars and are used soley for filming in Auckland. (And bloody nice to drive)</div> <bR> <div> The Ford Bronco shown in "<A HREF="#super_fire" TITLE="At The Movies"><U>Super Fire</U></A>" in plain black and in "<A HREF="#atomic_twister" TITLE="At The Movies"><U>Atomic Twister</U></A>" as the Sheriff's car is the same vehicle and was at the time owned by a friend of mine.</div> <bR> <div> When my Caddy is on set I work with the vehicle wranglers setting up the vehicles and doing the occassional drive through camera shot.</div> <bR> <div> (Murder In Greenwich) In the street shot in chapter 8 on the DVD you can see my Cadi driving up the road, (toward camera) then the camera angle changes to the blue Pontiac pulling up at the intersection. I'm the one driving the Porsche 911(you have to freeze frame to clearly see me) at the intersection with the traffic cop directing traffic.</div> <bR> <div> My Cadi has since been sold.</div> <DIV
